The availability of any specific service is subject to project feasibility, scheduling, and our assessment of site conditions.

We will notify you of any material change to the estimated price before proceeding with additional work. Verbal estimates are not binding. Only written estimates signed by a representative of Eagle Pass Precision Concrete constitute a commitment.
Once a project is scheduled, we will provide you with a start date and an estimated completion window. Concrete work is subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule any pour if conditions are unsafe or would compromise the quality of the finished work, including extreme heat events, rain, or high winds. We will contact you as soon as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or after a concrete truck has been scheduled may result in fees to cover restocking, cancellation charges from suppliers, or other direct costs we have incurred on your behalf.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including material shortages, permit processing delays, weather, or acts of God.
Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate or contract for each project. In general:
Invoices not paid within the time period specified in your contract may be subject to a late fee or interest charge, as permitted under Texas law. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances, including recovery of reasonable attorney fees if required.
Eagle Pass Precision Concrete reserves the right to place a mechanic's lien on your property in accordance with Texas lien laws in the event of non-payment.
Where required by local ordinance or state law, we will obtain the necessary permits before beginning work. Permit fees, if not included in the written estimate, will be passed through to the customer at cost. You are responsible for disclosing any homeowners association rules, deed restrictions, or other private covenants that may affect the project. We are not responsible for violations of HOA rules or private restrictions that you did not disclose before work began.
Eagle Pass Precision Concrete warrants that our work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for concrete construction in South Texas. Any warranty specific to a project will be stated in the written contract for that project.
